Isn't Cobb the most...

Assuming this is all his plan to begin with and that he was simply tasked to kill the blonde woman, don't you think Cobb is the most cunning, clever and badass hit man in the history of cunning hit-men?

I mean his whole plan is just so convoluted and sophisticated and the way he goes about it with such confidence, determination and cold-heartedness, it's unsettling, once you understand what it was all really about.

His plan was as masterful as it was devilish, the only thing i have a hard time to swallow is the young man going to the cops the next day thinking it would somehow exonerate him. I would at least have waited till the cops contact me. There's no reason to panic until there's a reason to panic.

1. Is Cobb a badass or what??
2. Could he really have anticipated that the young man would be that clueless and throw himself like that into the lion's mouth? I know he is depicted as a highly smart man, but come on.

Thoughts?
