Will this be on DVD in the US any time soon? Any info would help a lot.

No. I'm not sure why "they' are lagging on this one, but I got tired of it and just bought the Tartan version and copied it onto my comp. and burned it on a DVD-R. Now I just have to find Europa(Zentropa) and do the same! hahahaha

How would you describe the quality of the Tartan version? Is the aspect ratio unadultered? I just ordered it for my girlfriend from amazon.co.uk. I didn't think to check amazon.ca. Damn. Now I'm second-guessing myself.

Anyway, what was your reaction to the Tartan release?

If it is indeed coming to Canada on July 27, then this is good news. I've been waiting for a R1 release.

I got it at future shop. nothing is censored.

They had Idioterne at Future Shop? Wow, that's surprising and its not censored? I rented the video and there were these black boxes over the private parts.

I live in New Zealand and have the Zone 4 disc (PAL). It is uncut and no black bars! I've seen it advertised on Amazon
