The fundamental difference is this:
The people in Jackass really ARE idiots.
The people in this movie are only pretending to be mentally handicapped to challenge social mores. There's not much of rolling in shopping carts down steep streets or sewing ass cheeks together as people just making scenes and doing socially unacceptable things in public.

That's right, they're not doing dangerous or painful things, they're just pretending to be mentally handicapped in public and seeing how much they can get away with at the expense of normal people (they have this funny "anti-bourgeois" philosophy)
Example of one scene:
3 of them go into a café and the one pretending to be retarded goes up to some heavily tattooed biker types and ends up sitting with them, and the other two (who are acting as his carers) decide to leave him with them and he's got to keep up the charade otherwise if they find out he's been having them on they'll probably beat him up. He tries to walk away but they stop him (presumably because they don't want to let a retarded person go off by himself) and they think he wants the toilet, so they take him in there and he stands in front of the urinal, but he doesn't really need to go. They notice he's not peeing and they think he can't do it on his own, so one of them ends up holding his penis and pointing over the urinal... share
I just saw the trailer on IMDB and it gives a wrong impression of the film. It does look like a Danish version of Jackass. I don't know who made it and why they chose to show those aspects of the film. I have seen the movie a couple of times and can tell you it's nothing like Jackass at all.
