in Denmark there are traditional racist songs like that one that was shown in the film?

Was, I think is the correct way to put it. The song is a children's song from 1970, so it isn't that long ago.

Ok. Thank you. So the song isn't racist. it's the opposite but it's susceptible to be used as such (like in the film).

It wasn't a racist song back when it was made, or at least that wasn't the intention of its makers. However, when the film was made it was, and Michael used that against Gbatokai. That doesn't mean that the other guests were racists, they probably sang along as a knee jerk reaction because it was an old son they knew well.
