I loved it!
I thought that this was one of the better british novel adaptations that I've seen in the last few years! Any other thoughts?

shareI loved The Round Tower, script, setting and performances. There was only one detail which bothered me.
Considering her personal involvement with Angus and Vanessa Cotton, Judge Irene Brett should have recused herself. It was such a picayune revenge when one considers that a judicial ethics committee would have removed her from the bench for such a breach.
I guess we are to believe that her thirst for vengeance of any kind overpowered not only her sense of right and wrong, but also her sense of prudence and due caution.
I'm truly sorry, that in this film, Irene appears to have got away with it. It is The Round Tower's only blemish.
