One thing I have to say about this show

Despite all the criticism about the attitude and logic about the show. Like it or not, you do have to admit that a lot of love went into this show. I mean, the elaborate and creative backgrounds, the subtle side gags, love it or hate it, you can be certain that these people enjoyed what they did.
I know a lot of people can't accept this show, because it's not all sunshine and rainbows, and it relies on cartoon logic. You have to admit, however, that this was one of the last of a dying breed of television cartoon shows that actually put some work into their products.
It didn't completely cut the labor in half, with single cell coloring, and forgettable backgrounds. You can really tell that this was a creator's dream coming onto paper, and it wasn't just a show driven to turn a profit and make cheap merchandise.
I know a fair amount of people might disagree with me, but the amount of creativity and inventiveness that was infused in this show definitely made this one of the top Nicktoons for me. I just thought I'd share my thoughts on this board.

I loved this show when I was a kid. I'm going to school for animation just so I can try to create shows that kids will be amazed and swept away by. This show is a prime example, regardless of the humour or maturity, of a real cartoon with real people with ideas and care for their work behind it. I agree 100% with you.

I'm more stuck in the middle with my feelings on this show nowadays. That doesn't change my mind about your point and your post overall. I agree with you completely. This is a last cartoon in what has become a dead breed of cartoons. Plenty of work, creativity and heart went into creating this, and whether you like it or don't like it, the same can't be said for televised entertainment today. Because of that I have to give this piece of artwork its credit.

You can take that apologetic excuse for a post and throw it in the trash OP, this show was amazing and not only did alot of love go into it but the jokes are highly successful and well played, the story is engaging and gets you involved (which is not true of all cartoon shows) and above all the voice acting is great, all the lines are elevated by the actors who clearly believe in what they are doing, it's one of my favourite things about this show.
