A very good made for tv mob movie right up there with Gotti and the Sopranos series. I do appreciate the fact that it was pretty true to life with just little variations on the circumstances and characters it was hardly noticeable even if it was from Gravano's point of view. If you haven't seen it I suggest you buy a copy or wait for it to be released on DVD which I sincerely hope they do.
shareThe movie had flaws...If you've ever read Sammy's book "Underboss" you'll see that the movie jumps around too much. Gotti is much more accurate.
shareOh I know this movie had flaws there is no doubt about it as I have read "Underboss" myself and other materials as well but I am glad you point this out so people don't just assume everything about this film is true. It is always important that people know exactly what is fact and what is fiction. I admit I do enjoy a little historical fiction though as it makes me appreciate the tendacy or even the need for people to "embellish" in order to make a good story seem even greater.
