I own the 162 minute version on VHS but everything I read indicates it never has been released on DVD,except for the Region 2 (European Version) not compatible with US Dvd format players.
What a great flick though.Maybe if we call the studio and request they will release who knows?

I had this on VHS, running time was 173 mins. Bought an official/genuine R1 DVD off ebay , running time on that is 173 mins aswell.

getting it from netflix tomorrow. it's in 2 discs, since it's about a 3 hr film.

also, this doesnt help where you can buy the dvd, but youtube actually has the whole movie in parts, good quality, AND it is the long version...i watched it at work lol

I have read in numerous sites on the web that the dvd was supposed to have a "Bonus Documentary". However, after having purchased the 2-disc dvd (running time 173 minutes) I was dissappointed to fing out there are no bonus or special additional features. Why do these sites claim there is Bonus material? Is there another version out there which includes bonus material?
