I know the brother was hit by a car while riding his bicycle but he was still alive when the doctor got to the scene. How long after did he die? He was alive and standing up one minute and the next minute he is lying dead. What happened?

He died of massive cereberal trauma, he told her his brain was soup. So I guess after that head injury and him standing up and yelling his sister's name was just too much. That it lead to his death.
