Where Can I Find This on VHS or DVD?

Does anyone know where or how I can get a copy of this movie on either VHS or DVD? It's one of my favorites and I want to add it to my movie collection (and see it again).

According to DVD Planet it is schedulesd for release on March 7, 2006

Are you sure that this is the right "The Staircase" movie ... I couldn't find it on DVD Planet, when I put in the actor and movie title.

Not absolutely sure. Both DVD planet and Amazon.com list it without any photo or details so I'm basing my guess on the only information they do show which is original release date 1998.

I just found That Best Buy also list it on their web site and does have a picture of the fromt cover With the two leads and a picture of the staircase, so I think it's the right one. Best Buy lists it as back ordered at the moment which may indicate a delay in the release.

I buy off of these guys in Canada and have had good luck with the harder to find stuff. They don't have a picture but the cast and plot outline look right and it is showing as in stock right now.

I found that you can also buy this through the Loretto Chapel in Santa Fe - the chapel that this story is based on. Their website is http://lorettochapel.com/gifts.html.

I just bought it at Walmart. It was in one of their "special savings" racks. It was double packed with "A Little Piece of Heaven". Both DVD's for a total of $4.88. A steal!
