Did Jennifer Beals use a body double for the nude scenes? I noticed her face and breasts never appear on the screen at the same time

Possibly, as far as i know she refuses to do naked scenes in her work

Sure. She never does nude scenes herself.

She's done topless scenes in at least two films, "The Prophecy II" and "Dr. M," but those scenes showed her face and her breasteses didn't look like the ones in this film.
