Will We Ever See This on DVD?

I saw this at Sundance in the late '90s and loved it. Will I ever get to see it again? Are there any plans on putting this out on DVD?

I was wondering if anyone actually knew a place where I could find a copy. I ran across this in a movie review in the Chicago Tribune and have been dying to see it ever since.

There are bootleg copies in Hong Kong. That's where I got mine.
