Why does csweetleaf2 ask the most obvious questions?

Yeah, could you stop asking trivial, superficial, materialistic, dumb-people-questions like 'why were people sad when they were forced to celebrate a hated corporate lunkhead's birthday'?

Please, there are SO many philosophical points to talk about, there are so many deeper aspects even to this silly movie, there are many interesting structures and horrors in the corporate environment and the way the world, law, governments treat corporations, how they're used for lobbying to get laws changed and such..

I mean, there's a PLETHORA of actually important, interesting and downright terrifying things to talk about when it comes to these psychopathic monsters called corporations, and all yo ucan ask about is 'why were people sad'?

I know the old saying about 'great minds talking about ideas, mediocre minds talking about events and small minds talking about people', but you can ELEVATE your mind, you don't have to be stuck to the lowest possible level just to appeal to the lowest common denominator, do you?

I happen to have autism and like to see things from other people's perspectives, I'm really sorry my questions have offended you, that was never my intention to do so, I find other people's opinions to be way too valuable.

Hope all is well and you have a nice day.

Our youngest son has autism. He amazes me with his insight every single day.

You are amazing. The way you handled the OP was perfect. Don't ever change 🥰

Thank you, I don't like conflict and prefer to resolve the issue as peacefully as possible, I know some people including myself have their quirks but I always try to focus on the good in everyone, I'm not gonna change for anyone.
