In my opinion I think its one of the most boring love plots I've ever seen in a film, filled with two scary love scenes.
Everything else was tremendous, and I just gave it 8/10.
What was the deal with this on at 03:30 in the morning on CH4 here in the UK on Friday morning? Jeesh.

It seems to be a common occurrence for these sort of 'kitchen sink' Loach-type films to be shipped out to the middle of the night, so late in fact that the sign language woman is needed and ends up covering half the screen.
I don't know about the love scenes but I suppose you could say the love story was fairly ordinary, but then I can't imagine it would be any other way in a place like that.
