Why is there no wide Distribution for this masterpiece?

I first saw this movie about 5 or 6 years ago,via a vhs transfer someone got ahold of...i loved it SOOOOO much that they let me have it. I agree with the other posts on this board about how this is one of Spain's finest comedies. In my opinion Javier Fesser, along with Alex De La Iglesias, are the most refreshing filmmakers Spain has produced in a long while since Almodovar. But why oh why oh why in the world is there not a beautiful dvd version available?!?!

There is:
in Spain region 2.
English and French subtitles,decent extras including an isolated music track.
enjoy.
