He appears on a TV randomly during the main character's hallucinations and slices up his face. Each time he appears he is more mutilated than the last. He then manifests in the flesh with a scarred up face and shows Kyra a display he made of all the victims modeled after Kyra's gory drawings. He claims that he "freed" the drawings by putting them into their "true form."
I really don't understand much of it beyond that, for instance, was the guy even real? I don't know.
Only people with money say that money doesn't matter.
