Good photography and soundtrack

The movie was disturbing, no doubt. The music and photography were haunting and darn good. I thought these two elements increased the quality of the movie even further. A good view watching.

Deepa Mehta has a way with cinematography that is amazing. She manages to truly convey true human nature and emotion in her own style, which to me does not seem to imitate anyone. She's not afraid to delve into the darkness of the human spirit and touch on taboo subjects. She is a truly brave film-maker with her "Elements" Trilogy. She also has a sense of humour, which is well portrayed in "Bollywood/Hollywood".
