Robot Boy from Ganymede?

Alfonso Bresica/Al Bradley directed four Italian space opera movies in the late 1970s. Various sources are not always consistent about which oriignal Italian titles go with which English titles.

In one of them Earth Humans fought off an alien invasion, aided by two Human-looking aliens who came from Ganymede (the asteroid, the Jovian moon, or some extra solar planet?). The little boy alien was revealed to be a robot.

Here is a plot summary with some images of "Battle of the Stars (Battaglie negli spazi stellari) 1977 directed by Alfonso Bresica" from Sci-Fi Moves. [note some Sources say 1978]

The synopsis mentions the alien allies of the Earth people, Irk and his son Hazard.

The IMDB cast list for "Battle of the Stars (1978) Battagli negli spazi stellari (original title)"
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0075881/

lists Walter Maestosi (born 1934) as Irk and Massimo De Cecco as Azar, and I suspect Azar is the correct form of "Hazard" in the Sci-Fi Movies synopsis.

I hear that Battle of the Stars (1978) is often confused with Cosmos War of the Planets (1977) also directed by Alfonso Bresica/Al Bradley. One way to tell them apart is that John Richardson portrays Captain Fred Hamilton in War of the planets and Captain Mike Layton in Battle of the Stars. And another way is that Irk and his little son Azar help the Humans in Battle of the Stars and not, as far as I know, in War of the Planets.
