Thats my problem with her recently.

When she did Spanish movies, she always played important parts:

How do you consider Cruz a slut in this film? I only seen her with Matt Damon the entire film besides the guy she was dancing with but it didn't look to me as if she were with him because the guy just walked away and it was obvious it was just a dance.

Penelope Cruz is a gifted and attractive actor whose personal life is nobody's business but her own. Her portrayal of Alejandra in this film is quite simply a depiction of a young woman involved in a love relationship with a young man. There is nothing in the character's behavior to warrant such a sexist, racist remark. The term "slut" has no place in any decent person's vocabulary, any more than "tramp," "ho," and all of the other derogatory terms used to demean women. By coupling such a distasteful word with any racial description compounds the offense.

A "slut" is a woman who casually "sleeps around" with men. How is Cruz' character in the film a slut? She falls in love with Damon's character and their relationship grows to include sex. How exactly is this being a slut?

According to the OP's broad definition of slut his own mother would be one -- and 90% of women who have ever existed. Absurd.

She loves her life as a rich and privileged woman in a poor country a lot more than she loves the Damon character

The Damon character foolishly loves her more than life, his life and the life of his friend

You're selling her short. She made a promise to the family matriarch & her father so that Damon's character's would be freed from prison, not to mention live and not die (his partner too). The great cost was that they would have no future together and she honored that promise.
