another episode?

I recently downloaded all I could find of stressed eric, the thirteen episodes listed here and elsewhere
but there's always been an episode both my sister and I remember vaguely from when it was on tv here, between us we can remember him looking after the child of some woman he fancied, but for some reason at the end he was hiding her from her mother despite the child having to go to an exam of something (he insisted he believed in continual assesment)
am I getting my shows confused? did we both just imagine this episode? I could've sworn it ended in the neck vein strangly thing...
