Is this even worth watching?

just started watching this after finishing s5 of b5, and it seems poo... i know people are saying its supposed to be watched in a different order but still.. it seems poo. Is it even worth watching this if it just ends suddenly? Kind of takes the incentive out of watching it when you know its not going anywhere, or does it all get wrapped up in the 13 episodes?

Unfortunately, it doesn't get wrapped up.
There are some hints at what should have been the "real" story arc beyond the search for a cure. I mention the two episodes with the clearest hints at the bottom of the post.

I have to admit "Warzone" is the worst episode, mainly due to TNT's interfering.
I like most of the other episodes, especially "Racing the Night", "Visitors from Down the Street", "Each Night I dream of Home", "The Path of Sorrows" and "Appearances and other Deceits". I like that episodes more than most of "Babylon 5"'s fifth season

SPOILER:

The episodes "Patterns of the Soul" and "The Path of Sorrows" provide the clearest hints at the "real" story arc

Crusade is only worth watching if you're desperate for more of the Babylon 5 universe. It's highly likely you will be disappointed.

There's some good episodes here, but I'm too new to the series myself to give a full opinion.

its more b5, if you are a fan of the show that is something.
the series also visits b5, there is some links with the actors dr franklin for example is in an episode.

the series is a mixed bag, a few good episodes. some ok and a few bad ones.

probably the best thing about crusade is you can see a larger story is been built up in the background, similar to b5 in season one. by the end of the run the characters are starting to flesh out into ones you would care about and want to see develop.
although this is also one of the main reasons to give it a miss - this slowly build arc will never complete. however, b5 makes it clear the plague aspect of the series will be cured.

the episode order question is a mess, no matter what order you watch the series in there are aspects that will not fit. this is entirely the fault of the production that was from the start intended to fail, not the writer jms.
