What happened to it? Shelved or abandoned? Or waiting for festival screen time?

His filmography page says "Bob Nelson (VII) has 1 in-development credit available on IMDbPro.com. To view these credits click here." I don't have, and don't want to spring for, a Pro account at this time. Does anyone know anything about Nebraska's status or what the in-dev project might be?
