Who was this comedian from 2012-2013?

I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask but. It was one of those where Comedy Central introduces a comedian.
It's not Nathan Fiedler. He was a 29-year old who was joking about being how 29 was that weird age where compared to his early 20's when he could show up with a hangover it used to be cool, where at 29 people start to get "concerned". He was funny. White male, brown hair.
