The Earth is not too close to the sun, not too far away either.
Gravity makes things easy.
A tiny sperm and an egg make babies.
Body parts have senses- eyes can actually see, etc.
Body parts are in perfect places on our body.
There are mountains, stars, and other nonmanmade things.
Guys have penises, girls have vaginas-perfect for each other. Sex also feels good.
People have souls.
People have common sense, memories, consciences, reasons for living.
Miracles happen.

and there are so many more reasons for why God exists.

Nice try, but there is no real hard evidence that any of the things you have mentioned are caused by, or even connected to, YHWH. And lets just say that it is proof of ''god''...what makes you think it proves the existence of YHWH, your god? A Hindu would put all of those things down to Brahman. A Tengrist would believe that it is evidence of Tengri etc. etc.

Also, miracles happen? Citation needed, my friend. Cancer going into remission is, indeed, a miracle, but not in the religious Christian sense. Why does your god allegedly cure things like cancer or anything interior (which can be cured naturally or go into remission, even if rarely) and not the loss of limbs? Think about that for a minute.
