I could only find one hole in the plot (+ one continuity error)

I could only find one hole in an otherwise, very tight, completely engrossing & torturous plot. How did Causa (Tassi) & his killer find Sebastian after Maggie sent him away to recover at a private hotel? She told no one but her sister & she possibly told her husband. That makes only three people who even knew where he was. The continuity error is when she is speaking to the injured Sebastian in hospital. She asks him if the 'William Tell' outfit wasn't a give away and Sebastian answers that is was the sheepskin jacket that attracted him to him. Alas, there is no sheepskin jacket. They must have re-shot that scene sans jacket. Still this remains one of my all time favorite movies.
