Why did Tassi kill Sebastain? Was he jealous of him? Did he think Maggie loved Sebastian more than just friends? It wasn't clear to me, maybe because I couldn't make out the lines because of Franko Nero's accent. No offense intended.

It wasn't clear to you because the so called explanation was very weak. He couldn't afford for Sebastian to piece together the clues and discovery Tassi was Cozzo. He would have then risked losing Maggie's love. However, Seb wasn't too swift so the chances of him putting this together would have been very slim.
