Ten years later, your dilemma has been resolved. The nudity was in fact handled by Carmen Electra's body double Barbie Coleman (who was even credited).

Besides, it's completely obvious from the way the nude scenes were edited (not a single shot with Carmen's face and nude body in the same frame) that she wasn't paid enough to do nudity in a movie. In fact, she was never nude in any of her movies (not counting the blink and you'll miss it shot moment from The Mating Habits of the Earthbound Human (1999)). She was nude only in those few (mostly Playboy) photo-shoots and that Wild Horse Las Vegas cabaret stint.
