Lol, it's not at all my taste and I totally know what you mean. But for some crazy reason, I kind of liked the get-up and the odd fit of the top. Perhaps two-piece tulle dresses were a Prom trend in 1999? I was still in middle school (probably being awkward and the oppposite of cool and trendy), so I wouldn't know. I just thought Bianca looked really cute there. It was also the first time in the movie I liked her hair. It looks kind of greasy and gross in some other scenes. Too much product? Maybe after the last time Alex Mack morphed into slime she neglected to wash her hair immediately and it remained goopy.

It was so ugly! But, oddly, the crop top dresses were in style for prom season last year. I'm so glad that wasnt a thing when I went to my prom.
