Is this worth the $71 price tag?

I have wanted to see some Shakespeare in animation for some time, and was unaware of this. I stumbled across it while browsing Tom Stoppard and was just wondering if it is worth what Amazon has it listed at.

Nah...probably not. Check your local library. They probably have many copies.

Hell yeah. HBO used to show this series. It's fantastic.

It's good to have at hand... but I don't think it's worth the $70+ price.
Image transfer is fairly decent, but sound is really weak. I have to play the discs at the highest volume, and it's hard to hear at points in the episodes.
It may be worth $35, considering a 13-episode series on DVD is worth $20-30.
