Interest in petetion for US DVD release?

I have already sent an email expressing my interest to Acorn Video.
If others are interested, please say so here OR send Acorn an email yourself.
I thought it most likely for them to release it since they specialize in bringing British TV shows-especially mystery-to DVD for the U.S.. These are the folks who are bringing us the "Tales Of The Unexpected" video series (which is allot of episodes and seasons)...
These were never available in the U.S. and the company in the U.K. that originally issued them has allowed them to go out of print. Possibly they no longer have the rights to them?.
Hopefully we'll finally see a U.S. release of these!

Hi, in response to your
post about Mystery and Suspense, here in the UK the company that released it on DVD, DD ENTERTAINMENT, they went bust about 2 years ago, I managed to grab the series (thankfully) it now sells on AMAZON UK for well over 200 pounds!
I would like to see it have a re-release but it is highly unlikely I would think, but it certainly deaserves a 2nd release.

...Mark.

I am very glad to see that some of us out there have not forgotten this awesome show. I watched it when I was just a kid and it scared the hell out of me. I wonder how it looks now... probably not as good as I remember it, but I would still like to own it on DVD. I am not optimistic though...

You can watch them all on Youtube.

I replied to old posts too. You NEVER know when someone might reply, or someone else in the present-day may find your post helpful and/or interesting. 

And i'm STILL hoping for either a US release, OR that in the UK it will be re-released so I can at very least order it from Amazon.UK. Copies of the old out-of-print DVD version are still going for quite a nice sum!
