Episode "Winner Takes All"

In this episode, for some reason a Straight beats a Full House?

I re-watched this part to verify what I thought I saw.

She is dealt 2 aces, King, Queen and a Jack (Different suits)

She discards one of the aces and draws a 3.

He draws none. He lays down a Full House 9s over Queens.

Then she lays down her hand with the 3 magically changing to a 10.
Still just a regular straight (not flush). And somehow she won the hand?
