Why can't I get a copy of this movie anywhere????

Hi, I've been trying to get a copy of this movie for about 4 years! Netflix had ONE and it was damaged, and so far they have not yet replaced it. I have called and enquired at many outlets in NY. Can anyone suggest any tips on how to get it? OR, does someone wanna make me a copy? I'll buy it. Ooops, are we allowed to do/say that? Anyway, haller back. Cheers.
