Reginald Ballard was hilarious

Reggie was downright hilarious as Sugar Bear. He was perfectly matched with the super professional Andre Braugher. His comedic lines were absolutely hilarious. His facial expressions were a scream. He had the funniest line in the movie when he responded to a cop who was correcting his grammar. In quizzing the cop for a warrant he said, "Where your warrant at?" to which the cop told him he couldn't end the sentence with a preposition. He retorted by saying, "Okay, Where your warrant at, *Muh *beep* which was still grammatically incorrect, but came off super funny by maintaining his black identity which the (black) cop was dissin', by behaving in a vain supercilious manner to which Reggie had the perfect comedic response.
He's a terrific comedian and a professional actor. I'd love to see him match his comic performance in "Thick as Thieves." To hold his own with the likes of Alec Baldwin, Andre Braugher, Michael Jai White, Rebecca De Mornay, Janeane Garofalo, Richard Edson, and the rest of this impeccable cast is quite an accomplishment. He's just plain terrific.
