I live in chicago anyone know how i would go about renting it

in previous posts they say there is a place that lets you rent it for like 200 dollars
where is it and how do i do it?
id like to get a copy of this movie to someone very special of mine but cant fine any information on it except on here
its funny it must not of been replayed in the last 30 years or we would be more likely to have someone who taped it yet it still has a colt like following anyone know of where i can get a copy or how i could rent it?
what format would it be on do they have a tape of it or what?
