i though arnold swarzenegger was very gd in this film played a gd part was alot darker and more serious than what arnie usually does and thought the end was quite touching he found his soul again and him and gabriel byrne played well of eachother good performances from all the cast and i liked the music score aswell

I'm just now watching this now for the first second time and I'm enjoying it alot more now. I saw it when it first came out. Back then I was 23 and a raging alcoholic pot head horror film fanatic. I really didn't care for it that much. Now I'm 33 and I have a daughter of my own who lives with her mother and recently had a rebirth of my faith after going through heavy drug addiction/alcoholism. I like Arnold's character in this film. I could see myself being the same way if I ever lost my daughter.

The thing is Bob, I'm not lazy! I just don't care!

The ending makes me cry a little every time.
