The ending to The Revenant was similar (SPOILERS)

The ending to The Revenant was quite similar to this one. I kind of thought they copied this because at the end of The Revenant, Glass sees his dead family again just before he dies and that was totally near enough what happens at the end of this film to Jericho.

Both are good films and I'm not sure if Glass dies at the end of The Revenant like Jericho did at the end of End of Days.
