I aint a Black n White classic guy, but this movie's soundtrack made me sit back to watch it over and over again. The bond of frinedship, the decency and the real flavour of India without adding any blend to it was amazing. Great work by the actors, its an irony that they didnt make it any further, but i would say a movie like this is made once in the history, i dunno why peple dont get to these, perhaps they shook it off sayin who cares for an oldie, but what this movie has is someting i havn't seen in any..
The best of the best movie that i've ever seen in my whole life. Too good from all point of view. A must for anyone who wanna go back in past and see the truth, strength and values of friendship.

From me a 10+ no doubt, all hands down...

The rumours we heard that Dilip Kumar got these actors killed beccause he felt threatened by them!!!
Probably more because they were really handicapped that they did not make it further. The Karan Johar Plus NRI crowd would have forgotten it, but i guess many small town north indians would surely remember this one.

PS - i have not seen this nmovie so far, but heard a lot about it.

I'm 18 and I love this movie.

The actors were really handicapped?!
