Stephen Fry adn Rik Mayall were both in a play in London in either 1994 or 95 and the play was not well received, after a coupole of shows stephen fry vanished and was spotted on a ferry to Belgium wearing dark glassess.

Stephen Fry ran away because he had bi-polar disorder. I don't think it was Rik's fault, or had anything to do with him. But anyway it was hilarious when Eddie made that comment; and the look on Rik's face was priceless!
