Short documentary about freshwater? circa 1992

I remember seeing a short documentary (about 15 mins.) on Explorer that was about the importance and relative scarcity of freshwater. It started with a clip of Esther Williams-esque aquatic dancers, examined the use of freshwater to irrigate lush, green lawns in Arizona, and featured Talking Heads' "Take Me to the River."
It was really well put together and (at the time) struck me as very high-fidelity, and high-definition. I'm surprised that I can't find anything about it on Internet (or the video on YouTube). Anyone else remember this? Do you know where I can find it?
Thanks!
