... that movie critics don't always get it right. I thought the movie was adorable.

Agree-SMG was at her most beautiful and charming here-Audrey Hepburn-like.

Dude, this movie is HORRIFIC. Adorable, maybe - It having a sentient, magical crab and all that, but the writing, acting, direction, EVERYTHING is just so, so bad. And that's coming from someone who can totally get in to a good romantic comedy... "(500) Days of Summer" being a favorite, and both "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" and "Lost in Translation" are two of my favorite movies of all time. There is NOTHING the relationship in this trainwreck is based on - she IMMEDIATELY is into the guy, and even goes as far as s--t-talking the girl he's with. There are ZERO stakes - That lame, awful girl he's with is literally hated by EVERYONE. It's f--king stupid, and there are so, SO many movies that are so much more romantic, sweet and thoughtful than this...whatever you call something this *beep*ing dumb.

And you want to know what I think the WORST part of this movie is (You probably do not, actually)?? She's a lousy cook, and it takes zero effort or hard work to get where and what she wants. In a good movie, she would have been CHALLENGED at least. Here it's just literally a ridiculous magical crab(!) that makes all her dreams come true. Weeeak.

It's a movie. It's meant to be enjoyed not critizised. And movie time is not the same as real time.
