When will this come to DVD???

I saw this film by accident at a festival of animated shorts in 98. I couldn't believe how stunningly beautiful it was. I couldn't believe it wasn't available on DVD. I still can't. This deserves a DVD release!

probly never. its on the internet anyway so why would anyone care bout dvd release?
