I was looking up some trivia on this movie and discovered that the title was originally set to be "Dancing about architecture" That's a much better title! I loved the phrase in the movie and it would've been so cool if the film was named after it. "Playing by heart" has no original meaning and sounds a bit corny to me. Why did they change it??
shareI agree with you. That would have been so much better, but I loved the film. If not for Netflix I would never have seen it.
shareI for one am glad it wasn't named that. Why? Because that crucial line would have to be explained in the trailer and we know how many times we see trailers. It would have lost it's impact. It's much better being delivered to you in the corse of the narrative. And what's wrong with "Playing By Heart"? That's what these characters are doing, aren't they?
