It's been a little while since I've seen this bit this part always sticks in my mind

Frankie is lying on the bed crying and says she feels like her heart is breaking and wonders why she feels so sad.

It's just a small part but man, Patricia Arquette acted the hell out of that scene. It makes me want to cry and I don't cry at movies hardly ever.
