Similarities to Deja Vu

!Deja Vu spoiler alert!
I just saw Deja Vu with Denzel Washington and noticed a big similarity between it and Time Chasers. In both films, the male and female love interest leads die in the original time line, but manage to survive a second go around by changing events. May not seem like a big deal, but when your time travel movie hinges on it, it is a big deal. Not as big a rip off as Clonus and The Island, but still lame.
