What would make a good alternative ending?

I'm not sure if I'm alone here or what, but I'm not too fond of how they ended the movie. Even before that, I wasn't too happy that they actually killed Adrian Paul's character in it...then the next day he calls Susan, and it seems like she's losing her mind. And if there's anyone who agrees that the end could've been better, what do you think should've happened in it? Personally, I think it would've been good if Susan, while in jail, kept having a repeating dream, like Betty did at the hospital, and in it, Paul visits her in jail and tells her he had everything arranged. Then she really wakes up and he's there to see her, and she completely loses her mind.

I agree that I don't care for how the movie ends but that's because I don't see it as having any ending. The movie simply stops.

It is what it is.

I like the ending the OP described. Would've been a good one.
I guess this is supposed to be a forgettable straight to video comedy. Just watch it for what it is and forget about it later.
I have the DVD and watch quite often tho. Always makes me laugh.
