It's on DVD in the UK. Region 0 and can be picked up extremely cheaply. Check ebay or Amazon.co.uk.

if you have Verizon it is on one of their "on demand" channels (the one called "View Now"). Was watching this bad movie earlier today. It almost seems like it was shot on video but transferred to film. Either way I enjoy these bad flicks-

hahah. I started to watch it earlier today and fell asleep (not because of the film, I was tired). However I just finished it now fully start to end and I *beep* loved every minute of it!! I had never heard of the film previously and it was scrolling through the list of movies that the ViewNow channel offered where I took notice (more so the year it came out and the plot listing- it had that 80's bad gang feel and I must say it was a good call to check it out).
Too bad a special edition dvd of this movie will probably never happen. I would love to hear a commentary track-- oh and I am now quite certain it was shot on video but transferred to film
