I think we should have a highlander film about the start of the game...

The Start?? No.

But if you're meaning a reboot, taking the concept and installing it on a completely new story, where there're no Connor, Duncan, Methos and any other existing characters, and there are all new characters, then YES!

The best way to go would be just to start over from scratch. Either create a new MacLeod or do a reboot with Connor (though who could play him?).

My suggestion would be to find another Frenchman who hardly speaks a word of English.
