Could the girl in the glasses have played Rachel?

As much as I love Emily in this, and I do enjoy her quite a bit, I have always wondered something: Would the girl who played Monica in the glasses, Rachel Blanchard, could she have played Rachel as well?

Granted she was way more conventionally sexier than Emily was but she had a very innocent look to her. She reminds me a lot of Sissy in some ways: their bodies were alike in type and frame, they had similar hair, a good personality, and she could rock any outfit good. I honestly think she coulda done Rachel as well as Emily did, maybe less gothy but she coulda done the innocent character a little better. She looks a lot like the little girl at the start too, Emily didn't.

Forgot how hot Rachel was back then.. damn. She was one of my first crushes as a kid, I loved the Clueless show.. had no idea that was her until my first re-watch lol.
