The coach says "Turn Around & Drop Trou" the guy say's "what" the coach then say's "you heard, drop trou, shorts and all", but the guy only drops his shorts you can see his jock strap.
I think the guy is supposed to drop everything he is wearing giving the student's a look at his cock and your not supposed to see the jock strap he has on because its supposed to be off screen, but its clearly there.
I think it's a production error that maybe is not visible in a unrated edition, the director may have shot the scene twice once for TV and once where you see everything, what we have is the clean version were you see nothing. It's only rated 15 here so maybe a cock shot would have bumped it up to 18.
Many horror directors shoot the gore scenes twice once wet and once dry that way what ever the MPAA and BBFC say they have something to replace the scenes.
