Censored scene?

I own a public domain release of this on DVD from Digiview. In the scene where Lisa is imprisoned in the tower, she takes off her lion head disguise and the scene shifts abruptly (the music changes just as abruptly) to Minivip in the jungle. Later, when Supervip smashes into her cell and says a lot of dialogue beginning with "You are a girl!", the animation seems to be recycled and the lip sync is off.

I've seen a few other cartoons by Bruno Bozetti and Guido Manuli, and they are notorious for dirty jokes and bare breasts. Was there a censored scene here?
